Regus Executive Office Suite - Denver, Colorado

We faced a tight timeframe of only 3-5 hours for on-site photography, compounded by the project's incomplete status and partial furnishings. The largest office was occupied during our shoot, limiting access to key spaces. Artwork presented another hurdle, as the interior designer wasn't involved in its selection or installation. Consequently, much of the art was either improperly sized, not yet installed, or missing entirely. Additionally, the views from the windows varied greatly in appeal, with some overlooking a retail shopping center. These challenges were further complicated by the need for coordination between the Dallas-based design firm and our team in Denver.

We implemented a multi-faceted solution to overcome these challenges. Our approach combined creative styling of available spaces with advanced post-production techniques. We digitally resized and added artwork to create visual coherence throughout the space, and strategically superimposed attractive views where needed. By carefully prioritizing the most impactful design elements within accessible areas, we developed a shooting strategy that maximized our limited time while working around occupied spaces. This adaptive approach allowed us to showcase the space's potential even in its incomplete state.

The resulting images successfully captured The idGROUP's design vision despite the project's constraints. Our photographs serve as powerful tools for their portfolio, effectively demonstrating their expertise in creating impressive corporate spaces and managing remote projects.
